Revenue from operations fell 27% YoY to Rs 428.4 cr standalone (Rs 623.4 cr consolidated, down 24%) mainly as Maize Oil Extraction revenue halved. Despite this, PBT rose 21.5% to Rs 29.8 cr standalone and PAT grew 1.5% to Rs 22.6 cr as costs fell faster. Consolidated PAT up 6% to Rs 35.5 cr. A fire on 19 June shut the 200 KLPD ethanol plant; management expects full insurance recovery, no net P&L impact. Record date for dividend: 18 September.
Revenue declined sharply on weak Maize Oil segment, but profitability improved on better cost management. Watch ethanol plant recovery and insurance claim progress.
