BCL Industries posted Q2 FY26 (quarter ended Sep 30, 2025) standalone revenue of Rs 476.13 crore, down 10.3% YoY from Rs 530.90 crore, mainly due to the maize oil segment. Standalone PAT was nearly flat at Rs 21.17 crore vs Rs 21.02 crore. H1 FY26 standalone revenue grew about 6% to Rs 1,064.06 crore with PAT up 14.4% at Rs 43.46 crore. Consolidated H1 FY26 revenue rose 9.6% to Rs 1,539.73 crore and PAT grew 19.6% to Rs 65.03 crore, driven by subsidiary Svaksha Distillery. Statutory auditor AMRG and Associates issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Q2 standalone topline dipped sharply but bottom line held; consolidated H1 shows strong growth led by subsidiary. Watch maize oil segment recovery.
