BCL Industries posted FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 2,00,640L (down 2.9% YoY) with PAT up 14.6% to Rs 8,197L and EPS of Rs 2.78. Consolidated revenue was flat at Rs 2,90,381L while PAT jumped 22.9% to Rs 12,644L (EPS Rs 3.90). EBITDA margins expanded 100-130 bps. Distillery and subsidiary Svaksha drove profits. Q4 standalone revenue fell ~20% YoY. Auditor issued an unmodified opinion.
Profit growth and margin expansion show operational strength despite muted top line; Q4 revenue dip may invite short-term caution.
