BCPL Railway Infrastructure reported mixed FY 25-26 results. Standalone revenue fell 36.79% to Rs 8,575.79 Lacs due to operational headwinds in the Railway Electrification segment including slower project execution and limited site availability. However, consolidated revenue grew 30.01% to Rs 21,352.01 Lacs driven by the Rice Bran Oil Extraction project which operated at ~50% capacity and turned profitable. Consolidated PAT jumped 35.33% to Rs 684.66 Lacs while EBITDA rose 41.09%. Despite standalone revenue decline, the company expanded EBITDA margins in both standalone (13.54% vs 10.56%) and consolidated (8.64% vs 7.96%) operations. Order book stands at Rs 25,752.14 Lacs. Management remains optimistic on fresh orders and execution improvements.
The 35.33% PAT growth and margin expansion are positive signals despite standalone revenue decline. The diversified consolidated performance and strong order book provide shareholder confidence, though standalone segment challenges warrant monitoring.
