BDH Industries reported FY25 revenue from operations of ₹6,650.83 lakhs, down about 22.5% from ₹8,583.10 lakhs in FY24, with Q4 revenue falling to ₹1,782.16 lakhs from ₹2,710.82 lakhs a year ago. Profit after tax for the year came in at ₹927.33 lakhs versus ₹986.78 lakhs, a decline of roughly 6%, translating to EPS of ₹16.11 against ₹17.14. Despite the top-line slip, the company remained debt-light, cutting borrowings sharply from ₹869.07 lakhs to ₹97.97 lakhs and boosting cash balances to ₹3,115.79 lakhs, while operating cash flow turned strongly positive at ₹1,477.09 lakhs (from negative ₹186.98 lakhs last year). The board has recommended a dividend of ₹4.50 per share and reappointed both Managing Directors, with the auditor CLB & Associates issuing an unmodified opinion.
Lower revenue and profits year-on-year may weigh on the stock, but the stronger balance sheet, debt reduction, healthy cash generation and continued dividend should reassure shareholders about the company's financial stability.
