BDH Industries reported standalone unaudited results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended 30 Sept 2025) and H1 FY26. Q2 revenue from operations rose about 16.8% year-on-year to around ₹18.96 crore, while profit after tax grew roughly 8.8% to about ₹2.62 crore. For the half year, revenue grew around 15.7% to ₹37.58 crore and PAT grew about 11.8% to ₹4.45 crore; H1 EPS stood at ₹7.72 versus ₹6.91 in H1 FY25. The Pharmaceutical segment remains the main contributor, while Renewable Energy remains small. The balance sheet is strong with virtually no borrowings and cash and equivalents of about ₹36.13 crore as of 30 Sept 2025, up from ₹31.16 crore in March 2025. Operating cash flow for H1 was healthy at ₹7.45 crore, and the statutory auditor M/s CLB & Associates issued an unmodified limited review conclusion.
Steady mid-teens revenue growth and double-digit profit growth, a debt-free balance sheet with rising cash, and a clean audit opinion are positives for shareholders. Growth rates are solid but not blockbuster, and the stock reaction will hinge on how sustainable the Pharma segment momentum proves.
