BDH Industries' board approved the audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025, along with an unmodified audit opinion from CLB & Associates. Full-year revenue from operations fell to Rs. 6,650.83 lakhs from Rs. 8,583.10 lakhs in FY24, a decline of about 22.5%, while profit after tax dipped to Rs. 927.33 lakhs from Rs. 986.78 lakhs (around 6% lower). EPS stood at Rs. 16.11 versus Rs. 17.14 last year. The board recommended a dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share (face value Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval at the 35th AGM on 8 August 2025. It also recommended re-appointing Ms. Jayashree Nair and Mr. S.C. Kachhara as Managing Directors for a further three years starting 1 April 2026, and appointed new internal, cost, and secretarial auditors for FY 2025-26.
Sharply lower top-line is the key concern for shareholders, though profitability held up better thanks to lower input costs. Dividend continuity and stable management provide some comfort, but the steep revenue drop may weigh on sentiment until a recovery trend is visible.
