Beardsell Limited has informed the stock exchange that the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kodinar Taluka Court, has passed an order on 30 June 2025 against the company in Special Civil Suit No. 28/2004. The suit was originally filed in February 2004 by Shri Kodinar Fruit and Vegetables Production Mandali Limited seeking compensation of Rs. 1,06,56,615 (approximately Rs. 1.07 crore) over a contractual dispute.
