Belding India (formerly Synthiko Foils) posted a standalone loss of Rs 18.21 lakh in Q1 FY27 on total income of Rs 10.87 lakh, down from Rs 13.64 lakh. Consolidated loss widened sharply to Rs 512.92 lakh against revenue of Rs 224.09 lakh. Statutory auditor Mehra Goel issued a modified review conclusion, flagging pending vendor and inter-corporate deposit reconciliations, the same matter qualified in the FY26 audit. Company discontinued foils operations and incorporated new subsidiary Belding HD India with 55 percent stake in June 2026.
Persistent losses and recurring auditor qualifications on reconciliations remain concerns for investors. Discontinued foils business and new subsidiary will reshape future earnings.
