Belrise Industries reported strong Q1 FY26 results (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations grew ~26% YoY to Rs. 1,797.9 crore (vs Rs. 1,424.7 crore), while standalone PAT jumped ~56% to Rs. 102.5 crore (vs Rs. 65.8 crore). Consolidated revenue rose ~27% to Rs. 2,262.2 crore and consolidated PAT grew ~56% to Rs. 111.7 crore. EPS stood at Rs. 1.38 (standalone) and Rs. 1.50 (consolidated). The statutory auditor (GSA & Associates LLP) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results. Other board approvals include incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary, appointment of secretarial and cost auditors, re-appointment of Mrs. Supriya Badve as Whole Time Director, and entering into material related party transactions with promoter-group entity Badve Autocomps Private Limited.
Robust topline and bottomline growth in the first quarter post-IPO (listed May 28, 2025) is a positive signal for shareholders, supported by consolidation of newly acquired H-One India. RPTs with promoter-group entities may draw governance scrutiny at the upcoming AGM on September 23, 2025.
