Bemco Hydraulics reported a strong Q3 FY26 on a standalone basis, with revenue from operations rising about 27% year-on-year to Rs 2,344.09 lakhs and profit after tax (PAT) jumping roughly 37% to Rs 373.48 lakhs. For the nine-month period, standalone PAT grew about 24% to Rs 685.67 lakhs, while total income rose to Rs 5,199.55 lakhs. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiary Bemco Fluidtechnik LLP and Pegasys Machines Pvt Ltd), Q3 PAT grew about 21% to Rs 399.14 lakhs and nine-month PAT climbed about 30% to Rs 944.74 lakhs, though consolidated nine-month revenue dipped slightly to Rs 5,946.99 lakhs from Rs 6,102.77 lakhs. The auditor (A.C. Bhuteria & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report on both results. Prior-period EPS figures have been restated to reflect the 1:1 bonus issue and stock split (from Rs 10 to Rs 1 face value) completed in August 2025.
The strong Q3 growth and double-digit consolidated profit growth suggest healthy business momentum for shareholders, though the slight dip in consolidated nine-month revenue is a small watchpoint. The recent bonus issue and stock split have already improved share affordability and liquidity.
