Benares Hotels posted Q1 FY27 income from operations of ₹33.89 crore, up about 35% from ₹25.01 crore YoY. Total income rose 31% to ₹35.22 crore. PAT grew 9% to ₹8.25 crore from ₹7.58 crore. EBITDA margin compressed to roughly 39% from 44% on higher employee costs, fuel expenses, and depreciation. EPS stood at ₹63.45 versus ₹58.32. Strong top-line growth but margin pressure persists. New CFO is a key management change to watch.
