On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY2026-27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026), both standalone and consolidated. The company reported a standalone loss after tax of about Rs 1,868 lakhs against a loss of about Rs 1,824 lakhs in Q1 FY2025-26. On a consolidated basis, the loss widened sharply to about Rs 7,604 lakhs from about Rs 1,352 lakhs a year ago, driven by weaker performance across segments. V. Singhi and Associates issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
Widening consolidated losses are negative for shareholders; the clean auditor review limits governance concerns but profitability remains a worry.
