Berger Paints' board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 10,169.22 crore (FY24: Rs. 10,002.93 crore), while net profit grew to Rs. 1,077.50 crore (FY24: Rs. 1,015.05 crore). On the consolidated side, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 11,544.71 crore (FY24: Rs. 11,198.92 crore) with net profit at Rs. 1,182.81 crore (FY24: Rs. 1,169.82 crore). Q4 standalone net profit jumped about 30% year-on-year to Rs. 236.92 crore, supported by lower other expenses and improved operational efficiency. The board recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.80 per share (380%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditor S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong Q4 standalone profit growth and a healthy 380% dividend recommendation are positive for shareholders, while modest full-year revenue growth suggests margin pressure remains a watchpoint. The clean audit opinion reinforces confidence in reported numbers.
