Berger Paints Q3 FY26: consolidated revenue rose 0.3% to Rs 2,984 crores but net profit fell 8.3% to Rs 271.3 crores. Standalone revenue grew 0.4% to Rs 2,595 crores; net profit declined 2.5% to Rs 298.4 crores. Consolidated 9-month net profit dropped 13.8% to Rs 792.8 crores. Company recognized exceptional items of Rs 53.3 crores for Labour Codes and Rs 36.8 crores for a warehouse fire. Standalone volume grew 8.5%; gross margin hit a 15-quarter high.
Volume growth and 15-quarter high gross margin are positives, but one-off Labour Code and fire costs pulled down profits.
