Beryl Securities submitted its 32nd Annual Report for FY 2025-26. The 32nd AGM is on 25 August 2026 via video conferencing. Notice includes a special resolution to issue 12.96 lakh equity shares at Rs 23 each (Rs 13 premium) to promoters and public shareholders, raising about Rs 2.98 crore. Two directors resigned in April 2025. Company is an RBI-registered NBFC.
Preferential share issue of about Rs 2.98 crore at Rs 23 per share will dilute existing holdings. Promoter stake will rise significantly.
