Beta Drugs Limited has received in-principle approval from NSE to migrate trading of its equity shares from the SME EMERGE platform to the NSE Main Board. The approval covers about 1.01 crore equity shares of face value Rs 10 each and is valid for 45 days from November 12, 2025. The company still needs to submit a listing application and listing agreement before NSE issues the final approval for migration.
Main Board listing typically improves liquidity, widens investor reach, and boosts visibility, which can support long term valuation for shareholders.
