Betex India Limited, a Surat-based textile company, announced its Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025) and nine-month results on 13 February 2026. Revenue from operations for Q3 stood at Rs 2,495.17 lakhs, up about 10.5% from Rs 2,259.08 lakhs in the same quarter last year. However, the standout number is net profit, which jumped to Rs 398.35 lakhs from Rs 108.10 lakhs YoY, roughly a 3.7x increase. Other income also rose sharply to Rs 204.01 lakhs (vs Rs 14.53 lakhs last year), and employee costs came down notably, lifting margins. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue from operations was almost flat at Rs 7,338.04 lakhs vs Rs 7,394.79 lakhs, but net profit rose ~81% to Rs 491.12 lakhs. EPS for Q3 came in at Rs 26.56 (vs Rs 7.21). The auditor HTKS & Co issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
A sharp jump in quarterly profit and EPS is positive for shareholders, though the boost comes partly from higher other income and lower costs rather than a big revenue jump, so investors should watch whether operating revenue growth picks up in Q4.
