On the reaction day the stock moved 4.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.3 pts less than its Road Assets - Toll Annuity Hybrid-Annuity peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Board of BF Utilities noted the NSE fine of about Rs 2.65 lakh (including GST) for delayed filing of FY26 audited financial results under Regulation 33. The delay happened because subsidiaries NICE and NECE did not submit their audited results in time. Promoter Babasaheb Kalyani's demat account has been frozen since July 27, 2026. Standalone results were already filed. Board said consolidated results will follow once subsidiaries comply and pledged strict adherence to timelines.
Negative - NSE fine plus promoter shareholding freeze shows compliance weakness. Stock may move to Z category if non-compliance continues.
