Bhageria Industries posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 24,193 lakhs, up 41% YoY. Standalone Q3 PAT fell 7% to Rs 1,202 lakhs, but 9M FY26 revenue rose 46% to Rs 60,468 lakhs and PAT grew 41% to Rs 3,620 lakhs. Consolidated 9M PAT rose 41% to Rs 3,320 lakhs. Board approved a new wholly owned subsidiary for mineral business and an office shift within Mumbai from April 1, 2026. Auditor Sarda and Pareek LLP gave an unmodified review.
Strong revenue and 9M PAT growth show improved performance, though Q3 PAT dipped. New mineral subsidiary may open future growth avenues.
