Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the quarter ended September 2025, revenue rose 34.1% standalone and 35.1% consolidated. Standalone profit after tax fell 28.6% to Rs 5.92 crore; consolidated profit was flat at Rs 5.50 crore. For the half year, revenue rose 22.4% and 22.7%, while profit fell 5.9% and 14.9%. Margins narrowed. Earlier figures were regrouped and recast. All Rs 341.18 crore from the warrant issue was used by June 2025. Auditors reported no material problems.
Strong sales growth did not lift profit and margins narrowed, so sentiment may stay mixed. Using all raised funds ends monitoring oversight.
