Bhagwati Autocast's board approved audited results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 139.94 crore from Rs. 134.29 crore, a ~4.2% year-on-year growth, while Q4 revenue grew nearly 20% to Rs. 38.58 crore. However, profit after tax fell to Rs. 615.82 lakh from Rs. 693.02 lakh (down ~11%), and EPS slipped to Rs. 21.38 from Rs. 24.06. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (25% on face value of Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditor M/s Mahendra N. Shah & Co. issued an unmodified opinion but flagged an Emphasis of Matter on pending confirmation and reconciliation of trade receivables, creditors, and advances. The board also re-appointed Ms. Reena Bhagwati as Managing Director for 3 years and appointed Secretarial, Internal, and Cost Auditors.
Mixed picture for shareholders: revenue grew modestly but profits and EPS declined year-on-year, though the company is rewarding investors with a healthy 25% dividend. The emphasis-of-matter note on unreconciled balances is a minor governance flag to watch, but the clean audit opinion and improving operating cash flow (Rs. 10.01 crore vs Rs. 7.63 crore) suggest overall financial stability.
