Bhagwati Autocast's board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025. Revenue from operations rose about 22% year-on-year to Rs 4,269.50 lakhs in Q2 FY26 (vs Rs 3,501.56 lakhs in Q2 FY25), with H1 FY26 revenue at Rs 8,340.22 lakhs versus Rs 6,969.23 lakhs last year. Profit after tax jumped to Rs 360.83 lakhs in Q2 FY26 compared to a loss of Rs 47.85 lakhs in Q2 FY25, while H1 FY26 PAT more than tripled to Rs 635.28 lakhs from Rs 200.87 lakhs. Operating profit before working capital changes expanded sharply to Rs 1,099.91 lakhs (H1 FY26) from Rs 491.11 lakhs (H1 FY25), and EBITDA margins improved meaningfully. Statutory auditors Mahendra N. Shah & Co. issued an unmodified limited review report. Total equity stood at Rs 5,212.67 lakhs with borrowings around Rs 1,123 lakhs, indicating a comfortable balance sheet.
Strong operational turnaround – higher revenue, margin expansion, and swing from loss to profit – is positive for shareholders and likely to be viewed favourably by the market.
