Bhagwati Autocast reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs. 13,994.44 lakhs, up about 4.2% from Rs. 13,428.60 lakhs last year. Q4 FY25 revenue grew nearly 20% to Rs. 3,857.87 lakhs versus Rs. 3,220.23 lakhs in Q4 FY24. However, profit after tax slipped to Rs. 615.82 lakhs for the full year (from Rs. 693.02 lakhs) and dropped to Rs. 273.52 lakhs in Q4 (from Rs. 407.35 lakhs), reflecting cost pressure. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (25% on face value). Statutory auditors M/s Mahendra N. Shah & Co. gave an unmodified opinion but flagged an Emphasis of Matter around pending confirmation/reconciliation of trade receivables, creditors and advances.
Mixed picture for shareholders: revenue growth and a healthy dividend are positives, but PAT decline and an auditor emphasis note on unreconciled balances are mild negatives. Investors should watch margin trends and clarification on the pending reconciliations in coming quarters.
