Bhagyanagar India reported its strongest quarterly performance in Q4 FY26 with revenue of ₹734.53 Cr (up 61.8% YoY) and PAT of ₹18.49 Cr (up 402.9% YoY). For full FY26, revenue crossed the ₹2,000 Cr milestone at ₹2,377.83 Cr (up 46.3%), with PAT at ₹50.17 Cr (up 258%) and Op EBITDA at ₹106.14 Cr (up 186.7%). The company shifted its product mix toward value-added products (VAP now 59% of volume, up from 54.1%), driving EBITDA per kg to ₹62 in Q4 from ₹20.19 in FY25. Operating margins improved significantly: Op EBITDA margin rose 218 bps to 4.46% and PAT margin rose 125 bps to 2.11%. The demerger of copper and real estate businesses has cleared preliminary approvals with NCLT hearing scheduled for 9 June 2026. Capacity stands at 35,000 MT and the company entered AI data-centre bus bars while planning ₹10 Cr capex for plastic recycling expansion.
Strong bottom-line growth and margin expansion signal improving operational leverage. The VAP strategy and capacity scale-up position the company well for sustained profitability. The upcoming demerger could unlock shareholder value.
