Board approved Bharat Bijlee's unaudited results for September 2026. Quarter revenue rose 55.5% year on year to Rs 736.16 crore and profit after tax rose 63.1% to Rs 46.04 crore. Half year revenue rose 36.8% to Rs 1,283.33 crore and profit after tax rose 17.0% to Rs 65.67 crore. The implied quarterly margin before finance costs, depreciation and tax improved from 9.8% to 10.1%. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 10.02 crore.
Strong quarterly growth supports sentiment. However, half year profit growth was slower and finance costs jumped, so investors should watch margins.
