Bharat Coking Coal posted a net loss of 22.88 cr for Q3 FY26 (Dec 25), against a profit of 424.99 cr in Q3 FY25. Total income fell to 2,853.24 cr from 3,756.86 cr. For 9M FY26, net profit dropped sharply to 101 cr vs 1,173.9 cr YoY, while revenue from operations fell about 20% to 7,845 cr. EBITDA margins compressed significantly. Coal production for 9M was 24.65 MT vs 29.06 MT last year. This is BCCL's first quarterly filing after listing on 19 Jan 2026.
Weak operating performance with revenue decline and a quarterly loss may pressure the stock; margin compression is a key concern for newly listed BCCL.
