Bharat Electronics reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 12,824 crore in the half year ended 30 September 2026, up 25.97% from Rs 10,180 crore. Standalone profit after tax rose 14.81% to Rs 2,589 crore. Q2 revenue was Rs 7,291 crore versus Rs 5,764 crore, and profit after tax was Rs 1,541 crore versus Rs 1,286 crore. The order book was Rs 68,717 crore on 1 October. Slower profit growth versus revenue points to margin compression.
Strong sales growth and the large order book are positive for shareholders, but profit grew more slowly than revenue, suggesting margin pressure.
