Bharat Forge's Board has approved audited Q4 and FY25 results alongside a final dividend of Rs. 6.00 per share (300% on face value of Rs. 2), pending shareholder approval at the 64th AGM on August 7, 2025, with payment from August 12, 2025. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue dipped to Rs. 88,437 million from Rs. 89,686 million, and profit after tax fell to Rs. 13,223 million from Rs. 14,250 million, partly due to exceptional items of Rs. 1,533 million. On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue slipped to Rs. 151,228 million from Rs. 156,821 million, while PAT rose slightly to Rs. 9,133 million from Rs. 9,102 million, impacted by Rs. 1,571 million in exceptional losses (mainly a Tork Motors impairment). The Board also re-appointed two Independent Directors and named a new Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term.
Shareholders will get Rs. 6 per share as a final dividend subject to AGM approval, providing modest income while the company navigates a slight top-line decline and one-time impairment charges. The mixed results, with weak margins offset by stable consolidated profits, may keep the stock range-bound near term.
