Bharat Forge posted Q1FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 23,474 million (up 11.5% YoY) and PAT of Rs 3,214 million (down 5% YoY). Consolidated revenue rose 18.7% to Rs 46,399 million but swung to a loss of Rs 899 million versus Rs 2,839 million profit a year ago, hit by Rs 3,580 million exceptional loss from German subsidiary BF CDP restructuring. Board also approved raising up to Rs 25,000 million through equity or debt and proposed setting up a semiconductor subsidiary in Malaysia.
Consolidated loss driven by one-time German restructuring charges; standalone profitability soft. Equity dilution risk from potential Rs 25,000 million fund raise.
