Bharat Gears has submitted its annual report and AGM notice for FY ended 31 March 2026. The 54th AGM is scheduled for 13 August 2026 via video conference. The board has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.00 per equity share on face value of Rs 10, with record date 6 August 2026 and payment by 12 September 2026. A special resolution seeks approval to appoint Naresh Kumar Verma as Executive Director-Operations for five years from 1 June 2026. Shareholders will also ratify cost auditor remuneration of Rs 2.25 lakh for FY 2026-27.
