Bharat Parenterals reported Q1FY27 results. Standalone revenue fell 41% YoY to Rs 55.5 cr due to a high base from a Rs 210 cr institutional order. Consolidated revenue declined 19% YoY to Rs 93.7 cr. Consolidated PAT was a loss of Rs 3.6 cr against Rs 0.9 cr loss YoY. EBITDA margin compressed to 9.1% from 11.9%. Subsidiaries Innoxel Lifesciences and Varenyam Healthcare showed strong growth. Order book stands at Rs 171 cr covering 80-85% of remaining FY27 revenue. AGM set for September 19, 2026.
