BPCL reported strong Q3 FY26 results. Standalone net profit rose 62 percent YoY to Rs 7,545 crore; nine month PAT nearly doubled to Rs 20,112 crore versus Rs 10,061 crore last year. Revenue from operations grew 7 percent YoY in Q3 to Rs 136,623 crore. Average GRM improved sharply to 9.68 dollar per barrel from 5.95 dollar. Refinery throughput rose to 30.75 MMT. Board declared second interim dividend of Rs 10 per share (100 percent), payable by February 21, 2026. MoPNG approved Rs 7,594 crore LPG compensation to ease the Rs 12,875 crore negative buffer.
