Bharat Rasayan reported Q1 FY26-27 standalone revenue of Rs 338.16 crore, down about 10% YoY from Rs 377.40 crore. PAT fell 16% to Rs 36.64 crore versus Rs 43.66 crore. Operating margin compressed to 14.73% from 19.76%. Board declared 10% final dividend (Rs 0.50 per share) with record date Sep 17, 2026 and 37th AGM on Sep 24, 2026. Board also approved in-principle restructuring involving BRL Finlease, Centum Finance and their subsidiaries to rationalise corporate structure.
Revenue and profit both declined YoY with margin compression. Restructuring proposal and dividend may offer limited positive cues.
