Bharat Rasayan reported Q1FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 338.16 crore (down from Rs 377.40 crore YoY) and PAT of Rs 36.64 crore (down from Rs 43.66 crore YoY). EPS stood at Rs 22.04. Operating margin fell to 14.73 percent from 19.76 percent. Board fixed 17-Sep-2026 as record date for a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share, subject to AGM approval. 37th AGM is scheduled for 24-Sep-2026. Board also approved in-principle a corporate restructuring involving BRL Finlease, Centum Finance and their subsidiaries to rationalise structure and create value.
YoY revenue and profit declined with margin compression; modest dividend; restructuring plan may create long-term value but details pending.
