On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.6 pts more than its Pesticides & Agrochemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Bharat Rasayan will ask shareholders at the November 19, 2025 meeting to split each Rs 10 share into two Rs 5 shares and issue one bonus share for each eligible Rs 5 share. Up to 83,10,536 bonus shares would lift paid-up shares to 1,66,21,072. November 12 is the voting record date.
If approved, each holding doubles via the split and again via the bonus, with no inherent value gain. The lower share price may aid liquidity.
