Bharatrohan Airborne Innovations Ltd, an agri-tech and drone/hyperspectral imaging company, reported its first set of results as a listed entity after its BSE SME listing on 30 September 2025. Standalone revenue from operations more than doubled to Rs 3,292.44 lakhs in H1 FY26 from Rs 1,412.47 lakhs in H1 FY25, a jump of about 133%. Net profit rose to Rs 463.45 lakhs from Rs 322.01 lakhs (~44% growth), translating to EPS of Rs 3.14 (vs Rs 2.38). The company raised Rs 4,504.32 lakhs (net Rs 3,979.29 lakhs) via its IPO, boosting cash balances to Rs 3,256.26 lakhs and reserves to Rs 6,194.74 lakhs. However, operating cash flow swung sharply negative at Rs (1,406.11) lakhs, driven by a steep rise in trade receivables (Rs 2,347.26 lakhs) and loans/advances. The auditor (Keyur Shah & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report for both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong top-line and profit growth signals healthy business momentum post-IPO, supported by a clean auditor review and a significantly strengthened balance sheet. However, the deep negative operating cash flow and ballooning receivables warrant attention from investors, as they suggest profits are not yet converting to cash — typical of an early-growth company but a risk to monitor.
