Bharti Airtel has fixed Friday, July 18, 2025 as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY 2024-25. The Board had earlier (on May 13, 2025) recommended a final dividend of Rs. 16 per fully paid-up equity share (face value Rs. 5) and Rs. 4 per partly paid-up equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 30th AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM to members on record as of July 18, 2025, after tax deduction at source.
