Bharti Airtel Q3 FY26 revenue rose about 20% YoY to Rs 5,39,816 million, driven by Africa mobile surging 40% to Rs 1,50,100 million. Q3 PAT fell to Rs 85,028 million from Rs 1,61,346 million in Q3 FY25, hurt by a one-time tax credit in the base quarter. 9M PAT was nearly flat at Rs 2,45,754 million. New labour codes led to a Rs 2,568 million exceptional charge. Board approved final call of Rs 401.25 per share on partly paid shares, payable March 2-16, 2026.
Strong top-line growth; PAT dip is a base effect, not weakness. Watch partly paid share call money collection in March 2026.
