Consolidated Q2 FY27 revenue rose 17% year on year to Rs 60,878 crore from Rs 52,145 crore; profit after tax before exceptional items rose 26% to Rs 10,884 crore from Rs 8,651 crore. EBITDA rose 18% to Rs 35,240 crore, with margin up 0.5 percentage point to 57.9%. A Rs 127 crore net exceptional item reduced profit. Net debt to funded equity was 1.05 times. Historical FY24 and FY25 results were adjusted after Indus Towers joined the group.
Revenue, profit and operating free cash flow rose, but net debt is 1.05 times funded equity and a Rs 127 crore exceptional charge temper the outlook.
