Bharti Hexacom posted strong Q2 FY26 results with total revenues of Rs 23,173 million, up 10.5% year-on-year, supported by 4.1% growth in customer base to 28.6 million and a 10.1% rise in mobile ARPU to Rs 251. EBITDA grew 20.1% to Rs 12,564 million, with margin expanding 4.3 percentage points to 54.2% on better cost efficiency. Profit after tax jumped 66% year-on-year to Rs 4,212 million, aided by a 19.2% drop in finance costs. For H1 FY26, revenue rose 14% and EBITDA 26%, with net debt falling 26% to Rs 62,989 million and the net debt-to-EBITDA ratio improving to 1.25x. The company provides mobile and broadband services in Rajasthan and the Northeast under the Airtel brand.
Solid revenue and margin growth, falling debt, and strong cash generation are positive signals for shareholders. However, the stock trades at a high P/E of about 53.5x, suggesting much of the good news may already be reflected in the price.
