Bharti Hexacom posted strong Q4 FY25 results with revenues of Rs 2,289 crore, up 22.5% year-on-year, driven by tariff repair, premium customer additions, and growth in mobile and Homes/Office segments. Q4 EBITDA rose 33.5% YoY to Rs 1,220 crore with margin expanding 438 basis points to 53.3%, while net profit (after exceptional items) jumped 110.5% YoY to Rs 468 crore. For full-year FY25, revenue grew 20.6% to Rs 8,548 crore and net profit surged 196.1% to Rs 1,494 crore, aided by a Rs 2,126 crore net exceptional gain. Mobile ARPU improved to Rs 242 from Rs 204 a year ago, customer base reached 28.58 million, and the company pre-paid Rs 858 crore of spectrum deferred liabilities. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per equity share (face value Rs 5), subject to shareholder approval.
Strong double-digit revenue and profit growth with healthy margin expansion signals robust business momentum, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. The 200% dividend (Rs 10 on Rs 5 face value) rewards investors, while debt pre-payment and improving leverage (Net Debt/EBITDAaL at 0.87x) strengthen the balance sheet.
