Board approved Sep 2025 results. Group Q2 revenue rose 35.0% to Rs 399.40 crore and profit after tax rose 29.6% to Rs 9.94 crore. Half-year revenue rose 29.4% to Rs 679.36 crore and profit after tax rose from Rs 2.24 crore to Rs 15.52 crore. Margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation fell from 11.7% to 10.1%. Standalone operating cash flow was negative Rs 7.76 crore. A related party agreed to buy a property for Rs 31 crore.
Strong growth may support the share price, but margin compression, associate losses and negative standalone operating cash flow could limit gains.
