The Board of Bhaskar Agrochemicals approved unaudited financial results for Q3 and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with a clean limited review report. Revenue from operations grew to Rs. 2,968.91 lakhs in Q3 FY26, up about 22% from Rs. 2,430.10 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For nine months FY26, revenue rose to Rs. 9,334.08 lakhs (~37% growth) and profit after tax jumped to Rs. 541.10 lakhs (~71% growth) compared to Rs. 316.20 lakhs last year. The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10% of face value) with a record date of February 19, 2026. An exceptional item of Rs. 39.54 lakhs was booked for gratuity provision arising from the new labour codes notified by the government.
Strong double-digit revenue and profit growth paired with a dividend declaration is positive for shareholders. The clean limited review report and absence of any audit qualifications add confidence to the results.
