Bhatia Communications & Retail reported full-year FY25 revenue from operations of ₹44,271.74 lakhs, up about 7% from ₹41,379.39 lakhs in FY24. Profit after tax rose roughly 20% to ₹1,381.71 lakhs from ₹1,151.75 lakhs, and EPS improved to ₹1.104 from ₹0.920. For Q4 alone, revenue was ₹10,377 lakhs, down from ₹12,681 lakhs in Q3, with Q4 PAT at ₹293 lakhs versus ₹358 lakhs in the previous quarter. The board has recommended a small final dividend of ₹0.01 per share (1%) and re-appointed the internal auditor for FY26. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and certain prior-period ratios were restated to correct errors identified during the year.
Steady mid-single-digit revenue growth with ~20% PAT growth and a stronger balance sheet (debt-equity improving to 0.093 from 0.320) is modestly positive for shareholders, while the 1% dividend is largely symbolic. The Q4 sequential slowdown and the restatement of prior-period ratios are minor watchpoints but unlikely to move the stock meaningfully on their own.
