Bikaji Foods International reported audited standalone results for FY26 with total income of ₹2,85,860 lakhs, up 11.3% from ₹2,56,883 lakhs in FY25 (restated). Revenue from operations grew 11.6% to ₹2,75,852 lakhs. Profit after tax increased 28.2% to ₹26,907 lakhs from ₹20,967 lakhs, while EPS improved to ₹10.74 from ₹8.37. The company recognized two exceptional items totalling ₹989.24 lakhs: a ₹435.14 lakh loss from a fire incident at contract manufacturer Dadiji Snacks' Patna facility (insurance claim lodged), and a ₹554.10 lakh impairment on subsidiary investment. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.25 per share (125% on ₹1 face value) and approved multiple investment transactions including acquisition of 74% stake in Jai Barbareek Dev Snacks Private Limited and additional investments in subsidiaries.
