Bikaji Foods International reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹623.65 crore from ₹584.58 crore (restated) in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 6.7%. Standalone profit after tax jumped to ₹63.17 crore from ₹48.45 crore, up roughly 30%. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to ₹652.67 crore and PAT climbed to ₹58.53 crore from ₹40.08 crore. The board also approved several strategic items: divestment of its 51% stake in Bikaji Mega Food Park, incorporation of a Section 8 CSR entity called 'Bikaji Foundation', a ₹5 crore loan to its wholly-owned subsidiary Bikaji Bakes, and a joint venture with C.G. Foods Nepal for manufacturing snacks and sweets in Nepal. Comparative figures were restated to reflect the merger of Vindhyawasini Sales Private Limited with the company.
The strong PAT growth of around 30% on a standalone basis and healthy margin expansion signal improved profitability, which is positive for shareholders. The Nepal JV and subsidiary restructuring show management is focused on expansion and portfolio rationalization, though the small loan to a subsidiary is a related-party transaction worth tracking.
