Bimetal Bearings Ltd reported its unaudited results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) and 9M FY26. Revenue from operations grew about 18% YoY in Q3 to Rs.6,390.64 lakhs, while 9M revenue rose roughly 16% to Rs.20,270.25 lakhs (vs Rs.17,496.44 lakhs last year). However, Q3 profit after tax fell sharply to Rs.177.26 lakhs from Rs.295.36 lakhs a year ago (down ~40%), and 9M PAT slipped marginally to Rs.794.40 lakhs from Rs.828.97 lakhs. Q3 EPS came in at Rs.4.63 versus Rs.7.72 in Q3 FY25. The decline in profitability was cushioned by a Rs.120.80 lakh tax credit relating to prior years; underlying operating margins were weaker with higher material and other expenses. Statutory auditor Fraser & Ross LLP issued a clean (unmodified) limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also confirmed no defaults on loans/debt securities, and related party transaction disclosure was marked not applicable.
Mixed for shareholders — top-line growth remains healthy, but profitability has weakened significantly in Q3 despite the tax credit boost, which may pressure the stock in the near term. The clean audit report and absence of debt defaults are reassuring, but margin trends in Q4 will be key to watch.
