Bimetal Bearings reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 6,390.64 lakhs, up about 18% from Rs 5,407.66 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Nine-month revenue grew roughly 16% to Rs 20,270.25 lakhs versus Rs 17,496.44 lakhs last year. Despite the top-line growth, standalone profit after tax fell to Rs 177.26 lakhs in Q3 (from Rs 295.36 lakhs, down about 40%) and slipped to Rs 794.40 lakhs for the nine months (from Rs 828.97 lakhs). Consolidated PAT for Q3 was Rs 170.93 lakhs with a Rs 73.67 lakh share of profit from its joint venture BBL Daido. The statutory auditor Fraser & Ross LLP issued a clean limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also disclosed a Rs 10 lakh incremental impact from the new Labour Codes notified in November 2025. No loan defaults were reported.
Positive revenue momentum is being offset by margin compression and a sharp drop in quarterly profit, which may weigh on near-term investor sentiment. The clean audit and absence of debt defaults are reassuring, but shareholders should watch whether margin pressure eases in the coming quarter.
