Biocon informs exchanges about final dividend remittance for FY2025-26

Biocon has informed the exchanges about the remittance of its final dividend of Re 0.50 per equity share (face value Re 5) for FY2025-26, equating to 10 percent of face value. The dividend was approved by shareholders at the 48th AGM held on August 6, 2026, with record date of July 3, 2026. The amount has been credited electronically to shareholder bank accounts per their mandates. Physical letters were sent to those without registered email ids. Shareholders not receiving the credit should contact the RTA, KFin Technologies in Hyderabad.
